I understand that incomplete applications (including failure to pay fees and failure to fill in the form properly) will result in disqualification or ineligibility for the program. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance to the program. Results for the competition are final and may not be appealed.
I agree that videos and photos submitted in this application may be used for general communications and publicity of the Costa Rica Piano Festival. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

Tuition refund policy:
- Online Programs: NON-REFUNDABLE
- Online competition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Unredeemed scholarship prizes and other discounts previously awarded are only applicable to the FULL EXPERIENCE option.

Competition prizes may not be combined with any other scholarship or promotion
